Green Building Consulting
The SDK process is designed and has proven success in guiding and facilitating new or existing building's project team's sustainable efforts with the goal of acheiving LEEDŽ Certification. To accomplish this goal, SDK employs the following three step management strategy supported by deep technical and facilitation tools and structure:
Goal Setting
Exploratory phase determining the as-is, moderate and difficult credit possibilities for LEEDŽ Certification to determine targeted LEED credits for pursuit throughout the design, construction, or operations implementation process.
Program Integration
Support and ensure that the project sustainability/LEED target requirements are fully integrated into design/construction documents or facility operations and existing building systems.

New Construction
SDK has developed a custom, clear and concise sustainable design and construction project management process and suite of tools to assist project owners and design teams achieve the LEED New Construction, Core and Shell and Commercial Interiors LEED rating systems.

EXISTING BUILDING SUSTAINABILITY IMPLEMENTATION
Existing Building
SDKs significant LEED for Existing Building expertise and experience stems from our managements direct involvement in the drafting of the first LEED EB rating system as well as being directly responsible for two out of the three first every LEED EB certified buildings. SDK provides a consulting experience that incorporates a fully integrated project management process that is client-engaging, streamlined and value oriented.
