SDK located in Rockville, Maryland and formed in 2002, provides green building consulting, new and existing building energy modeling/benchmarking/auditing, and new and existing building commissioning (Cx) professional services related to the sustainable building design, construction, and operations to owners, developers, design and construction teams, and facility managers.

Our professional practice structure and technical approach to green building and sustainable building consulting is based on our leaderships 30+ years of experience as an energy and environmental professional working with architectural, engineering, and consulting firms, energy service companies, HVAC industry groups, environmental non profits, and facility management groups as well as direct program experience at the USGBC and EPA on both the LEED Rating System development and several EnergyStar programs.
